All our vineyards are organic, with yields that never exceed 5,000 kg per hectare, cultivated with respect for the environment and essentially of two types. The Carredueñas estate: the current estate covers 26 hectares and its soil is unique, extremely poor and with 35% limestone. The average age of the vines is about 20 years and they form the basis of all our wines.
The older vines are in Valoria and San Martin, in plots such as Las Águedas and Las Costanas, basically on gravelly slopes, and they form the basis of our red wine with the most bite, CONCEJO.
